Obagi Professional-C Serum 15% infuses your skin with L-ascorbic acid, the only form of vitamin C suitable for topical application. Designed to penetrate deep into your skin, this vitamin C serum provides effective antioxidant protection from UV damage as it brightens away hyperpigmentation and encourages the growth of collagen and elastin fibers.
Apply 5 to 7 drops of Obagi Professional-C Serum to the face, neck and chest using fingertips. Apply to cleansed skin in the morning before sunscreen and makeup application. A slight tingling may occur in some people, which diminishes with continued use.

I have only been using this for a little over a week now, so I cannot tell a difference quite yet. I have moderately sensitive skin and i started with the 15% and have had zero problems with any redness or breaking out. I have regular skin type (not oily or dry) and I can tell this makes my skin a little bit dry, mostly in my forehead but with moisturizer there is no issue. I believe this has been helping my under eye concealer look better and last longer throughout the day!
