Obagi Professional-C Serum 20% infuses your skin with L-ascorbic acid, the only form of vitamin C suitable for topical application. Designed to penetrate deep into your skin, this vitamin C serum provides effective antioxidant protection from UV damage as it brightens away hyperpigmentation and encourages the growth of collagen and elastin fibers. Hyaluronic acid binds moisture to your skin to prevent dryness.
Apply 5 to 7 drops of Obagi Professional-C Serum to the face, neck and chest using fingertips. Apply to cleansed skin in the morning before sunscreen and makeup application. A slight tingling may occur in some people, which diminishes with continued use.

My dermatologist recommended adding a vitamin C component to my skincare regime. I was somewhat familiar with the Obagi line and was looking for a 20% product....Despite the high concentration, the serum is well tolerated by my skin. The hyaloronic acid is definitely a bonus; I'm 49 and my skin is dryer than it was 10 years ago. The product easily abosorbs into the skin and is great on it's own for low maintenance days, but layers especially well under other products. I definitely recommend this product.

I usually get the entire line of skincare to keep me pampered. I like everything to be honest. It is the best skincare line for most sensitive individuals. Vitamin C is so luxurious twenty percent is adequate amount for most problems.

Unsure of results
I like the scent of this product, and the feeling when I put it on. However, I'm not sure if it's really making any difference in the appearance of my skin. I'll continue to use it and see if I get any results.

So amazing after just a few uses!
I prefer to wait at least two months to leave reviews for skincare products since it can take time to see the full results. In this case, I switched to Obagi's serum after months of using SkinMedica's Vitamin C with absolutely no results, but after just 3 days I'm blown away by how great my skin feels and how plump it looks with Obagi. Granted, the hyaluronic acid is likely a big contributor, however I also don't have the mild stinging or clogged pores from the other Vitamin C product. It does have a faintly metallic odor, but it fades quickly. I'll update after using the full bottle, but so far I'm a convert. I'd highly recommend trying this, especially if you have a discount code or Dermstore dollars to cash in.
