Makes my skin so soft!
I love this stuff! After reading the reviews, I was worried about it being greasy/oily but I didn't have any issues! I apply morning and night and it makes me skin so much softer and smoother.

Don't get the hype
I tried using this for about 2 weeks and didn't see any positive results... it just made me look greasier. Maybe I shouldn't have used in the morning but don't see why that would have been a problem. I have combination (mainly oily) and very acne prone skin and this made the pores on my skin look very clogged. It didn't necessarily cause breakouts but definitely didn't help. Really wanted this to work, might give it another try eventually.

Gentle, non-drying and effective
I was surprised that this product was so moisturizing-I have very dry skin and was afraid with the BHA it would be drying. It goes on kind of silky and feels like it has an emollient in it. (I only use it once a day, and use a lot of other highly moisturizing products over it, as well as a glycolic acid lotion). I do think it has reduced redness in my skin, and my skin feels smoother. It isn't irritating at all and is completely unscented. The bottle is a little odd (very stiff plastic, you can't squeeze it), but I found the easiest way to apply it was to skip the cotton ball (too wasteful), and just tip the bottle a bit to dribble some onto my face and then smooth it around with my fingers. It drips right out in just the right amount (don't need much) so it's actually fairly easy to apply. I will definitely order it again.

Not for me
I don't doubt that this product is amazing for most, but it literally causes me to break out every single time I use it. I'm aware that some people will go through a "purging phase" when using products like this, but I have a very solid skincare routine that I've stuck with for months, and have never had this kind of problem. I wanted to love it because the reviews are awesome and I know this is a great brand, but it just doesn't work for me. I have been using Sunday Riley's UFO oil which is another BHA and it is AMAZING. It's extremely pricy, but it leaves my skin glowing and absolutely no breakouts.

My skin type is combination, oily t zone and dry cheeks. I was looking for a product that would reduce the appearance of blackheads on my nose and acne on my cheeks. Through the use of this product, I noticed that blackheads and acne were diminished and when I felt a pimple beneath my skin, the bha helped to keep it at bay. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a product that helps with acne. As always, patch test and introduce new products on your skin one at a time.

Really like this product. Helped to even out my skin tone and prevent blemishes. It does leave the skin looking a little "greasy," but for me it worked just fine if I skipped my moisturizer afterward. Recommend.

Fine as a toner, but did not make a difference with pores
I bought this product to help my easily clogged pores. I used this for over a month, both before and after facials to see if it made any difference. Unfortunately, it does not make a difference with the pores on my nose and chin. The product works fine as a toner. I do not have redness or uneven skin, so I can't comment on the effectiveness of that. I hope it works for someone, but I won't be purchasing again.

BHA liquid exfoliant works really well for shrinking pores, evening out skin tone but at the same time it can give you really big cysts that won't go away for weeks . I'm on the fence with this product. Sometimes it works perfectly for my combination acne-prone skin and sometimes it gives me those painful huge cysts. I can't quite figure out what it depends on but for now I mostly use it on my nose.
