PCA Skin Nutrient Toner (formerly Nutrient Toner - pHaze 5) features a revitalizing combination of vitamins, enzymes and amino acids to nourish the skin while preparing it for further treatment. It also contains alpha hydroxy acids, formulated to help refine pores and remove superficial dead skin cells, reducing your skin's risk of blemishes and other impurities.
After cleansing with appropriate cleanser, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount and apply in upward and outward strokes over the face and neck. Use once daily or as needed.

Moisturizing Cleanser!
I love this cleanser! I have very dry skin and this is gentle, yet very cleansing, and doesn't dry my skin out. I don't have to worry about acne as I did accutane when i was younger, so I'm not sure how good it is if you're looking for something to help with that. But overall, very pleased with the cleanser!

Best Toner. Period!
I really love this toner to remove final traces of the day and for treating my skin. After washing my face, I use a generous amount of toner on a silken gauze and lightly swipe my face, neck, and chest. Second swipe is more of a light press to get the toner in my skin. I quickly follow with serum while face is damp so the nutrients can aide absorption of serums and then an oil free moisturizer. My skin glows and looks amazing in the morning!! The product smells amazing but the bottle design does leak as others have noted.

Burns my skin
I've used this 3x now and every single time it burns so bad as soon as I put it on my skin. I'm not sure what I'm allergic to in it since I'm not allergic to many things. My face is extremely red but it hasn't made me break out yet. Will return it.

Miracle in a bottle!
I am in love with this treatment toner! The smell can be a bit strong but smells like Fall. If you suffer from oily/dull or dry skin or have occasional breakouts or pigmentation.. this is for you! I cannot say enough good things. Definitely use every other night because it can make your skin feel dry.

Great Toner
The scent is heavenly. The texture feels light, yet moisturizing - a lot isn't needed. The packaging is in fact horrible, as many reviewers have already stated. To help put it further into perspective - The toner automatically comes out without having to squeeze the bottle. You simply have to tilt the bottle into your hand and comes out the toner on its own. So yes, the packaging is not good for traveling - it needs to remain upright at all times. I believe in PCA products to deliver. I've used several of their items and have nothing but great luck and results. The ability to firm the skin is what sold me in addition to the Lactic Acid ingredient (the pumpkin enzyme scent didn't hurt!). I do believe it has a firming effect, as my skin feels a bit tightened after application.
