PCA Skin Nutrient Toner (formerly Nutrient Toner - pHaze 5) features a revitalizing combination of vitamins, enzymes and amino acids to nourish the skin while preparing it for further treatment. It also contains alpha hydroxy acids, formulated to help refine pores and remove superficial dead skin cells, reducing your skin's risk of blemishes and other impurities.
After cleansing with appropriate cleanser, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount and apply in upward and outward strokes over the face and neck. Use once daily or as needed.

The only toner I will ever use
I have been using this toner for about 8 years now and I love it. I tried looking for other toners since it is pricey and I use one bottle per month and wanted to change it up but no luck. I keep going back to PCA toner. After every use, my skin feels hydrated and glowing (like I just used or put oil on my skin). I definitely recommend this product. Only bad thing I can say is that you cannot take the bottle when you travel. Your expensive toner will spill. There is definitely wrong with how the bottle was made.

The scent of this toner is just way to strong. I started breaking out after a few days of use so I stopped. I think it's fair to give a proper review without fully giving the product a try but I personally did not want to risk breaking out even more or furthermore making my skin more sensitive/irritated.
