Philip B. Forever Shine Shampoo (formerly Oud Royal Forever Shine Shampoo) cleanses and moisturizes each hair strand from the inside out. Safflower oleosomes provides volume and long-lasting shine. L-amino acids restore dry and frizzy hair. Safe for use on color-treated and straightened hair. Provides a warm, sweet, woody scent.
