Great for shampooing less!
This ACV wash has totally allowed me to go longer between shampoos, which has been critical cause I've been trying to grow my hair out LONG! I have fine, straight hair and I have some issues with dandruff/itchy scalp, and find this ACV wash also helps with that. I like using this if I've been to the gym but know I recently shampooed my hair and don't want to again. It works so great and leaves hair super shiny and SOFT!

No more dry scalp!!
I used to have SUCH problems with dry scalp, truly for years. I thought it was dandruff but would not have improvement with consistent dandruff shampoo. I've had improvement with switching to sulfate-free shampoo but the icing on the cake was using this acid rinse to my routine. I used it for a few days in a row when I first got it and the results were amazing! now I use it only occasionally to prevent any more dry scalp. cannot recommend enough:) the smell is indeed strong when you put it on but I've never been able to smell anything after rinsing it out.

Good for Oily Hair
Okay about me - long curly hair on the oily side, wash/straighten hair 2x per week, and use a decent amount of product. My hair builds up really easily and I've noticed very quickly this is great at clarifying and removing gunk from my hair. Compared to the shampoo I use, this feels much lighter and more cleansing. It doesn't smell like vinegar at all. If the pricepoint is agreeable to you, I would definitely recommend it.

Ended up liking this product a lot!
Update: I had not been using enough product. I use a very light shampoo first, then a generous application of the rinse, massage it in with plenty of water, and let it sit. I am very happy with it now and recommend it! I had trouble dispersing this product through my hair and trouble getting it to rinse out. My hair never felt clean and was greasy soon after. It's not for me.

Don't be a Hero!!
When trying the latest beauty trend...the ACV (APPLE CIDER VINEGAR HAIR WASH) I decided to multitask. I'm not sure what order it happened in because it all went so quickly. But, I know somewhere in between applying soap to my loofah and letting the wash sit for the recommended 3 minutes, I suddenly felt the most pain in my eye I have ever felt and immediately started wondering if I was in fact going blind. So, friends, don't do what I did. Don't be a hero. Be patient, sit or stand and wait for the whole 3 minutes and do nothing other than make sure you don't get vinegar directly in your eyes. I'm not 100% sure how I feel about the product, I had to rinse before 3 minutes was up, but I didn't need to use shampoo and my hair is clean and fresh. It doesn't smell gross like I was expecting. I will try again in a week when I have the time NOT to rush.
