Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum is expertly formulated to minimize irritation while delivering visibly smoother, clearer, more radiant skin by morning, with even more transformative results over time. Powered by a concentrated multi-acid blend of over 15% AHA, BHA, and PHA, this high-performance overnight treatment works across multiple layers and pathways to accelerate renewal, refine texture, and restore clarity. Optimized at a skin-neutral pH, this advanced formula promotes a balanced microbiome and supports skin longevity, making it powerful yet gentle for all skin types.
- Apply 6-8 drops to clean, dry skin in the evening. Smooth over face, neck, and décolletage. Avoid eye area. Use 2-3 times weekly or as tolerated. This is the first step after cleansing, before layering any treatment or moisturizing products.
- Sunburn Alert: This product may increase skin's sensitivity to the sun and the possibility of sunburn. Apply sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product.
- For enhanced hydration and barrier support, follow with a Revision Skincare® moisturizer of choice, such as DermProtect Barrier Defense and/or ™HA HydraSerum+™.
- For daytime protection, apply a Revision Skincare® Intellishade® of choice.
- Avoid using retinoids on the same evening, as this may increase the potential for irritation. Once skin tolerance is established, DEJ Night Face Cream® may be incorporated on the same evenings.
- Those with sensitive skin should patch test and gradually acclimate to minimize the risk of irritation.
- Overnight Glow & Lasting Radiance: Revitalizes dull, tired-looking skin for a radiant glow by morning, with continued improvement over time.
- Smooths & Refines Texture: Targets roughness and uneven skin texture to reveal a softer, more even surface and visibly improved skin quality.
- Restores Clarity: Penetrates deep into pores to remove impurities, minimize congestion, and reduce breakouts, restoring clarity and a more balanced complexion.
- Renews with Little to No Irritation: Provides gentle yet effective exfoliation with added hydration, antioxidants, and postbiotic support to nourish the microbiome and promote optimal skin renewal without compromising skin comfort.
- Quick Skin Reset for Special Occasions: Ideal for moments when skin needs a quick pick-me-up, making it a go-to for overnight glow.
All Skin Types - specifically those looking for improvement in skin texture, blemish-prone skin, fatigued, dull skin, and pores.

Is there an acclimation period?
Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum is formulated with a unique blend of AHA, BHA, and PHA at a skin-neutral pH, making it gentle and designed for little to no irritation, so an acclimation period is typically not necessary. However, if you have sensitive skin or are concerned about potential irritation, we recommend starting with a patch test. Begin by using Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum once or twice per week, then gradually increase to three times or more per week as tolerated.
Can Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum be used with retinol?
We do not recommend using Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum in combination with retinoids as this may increase the potential for irritation. However, once skin tolerance is established, patients may begin incorporating DEJ Night Face Cream into their evening routine alongside Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum, as part of a balanced regimen.
Can Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum be cocktailed with other Revision Skincare Products?
For maximum overnight glow and radiance, we recommend applying this product alone - directly to clean, dry skin - before layering the rest of your skincare routine. If preferred, cocktailing is an option as with all Revision Skincare® products (with the exception of retinoids/retinol on the same evening) but using it solo helps ensure optimal performance.
Are there any products that should be avoided when using Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum?
Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum’s multi-acid blend (AHA, BHA, PHA) is compatible with most Revision Skincare® products, excluding retinoids and other exfoliating treatments. To avoid over-exfoliation or irritation, alternate use with Triple-Action Exfoliator (AM) and Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum (PM). Avoid pairing with exfoliating or alcohol-based toners; hydrating or pH-balancing toners may be used beforehand
Can I use Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum with a toner?
Yes, but the type of toner matters. Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum can be paired with hydrating or pH-balancing toners if desired. These types of toners are generally well tolerated and can be applied beforehand. Exfoliating and clarifying toners (i.e. toners with alcohol or AHA/BHA) are not recommended on the same evening, as they may increase the risk of irritation when combined with this resurfacing treatment. Apply toner first (if using), allow it to absorb, then apply Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum to clean, dry skin, followed by the rest of your skincare routine.
When can I resume using Radiance+ Resurfacing Serum following in-office treatments and procedures?
It’s best to consult your healthcare provider for personalized guidance, as recovery times vary by treatment and skin type. As a general rule of thumb:
After superficial treatments (like light peels or microneedling): wait 5–7 days.
After moderate treatments (like non-ablative lasers or deeper peels): wait 10–14 days.
After intensive treatments (like CO₂ laser or deep resurfacing): wait 2–4 weeks (14–28 days), or until your provider confirms your skin has fully healed.
