Revision lip, replenisher
Revision is a great company, and I have used them for years. Purchased this lip, replenisher thinking it would help to plump up and hydrate my lips but upon first application, I realized this product is certainly revisions. Worst attempt at helping lips. His formula is terribly sticky and very uncomfortable. I wiped it off as soon as I could. Keep trying revision because this didn’t get it. !

Unique and Effective
There are tons of lip moisturizers and masks and I've tried many of them. They essentially have the same end result...temporary hydration of the lips. None of them have ever really wowed me until I tried Revision! What makes it different? It adheres to the lips unlike any product that I've ever tried. I apply it at bedtime and it is STILL there in the morning! That kind of adherence means that the active ingredients make contact with the lips longer so they can work their magic. My lips are hydrated and plumped all day long with just a night time application so it's very cost effective as well.

Didn’t want to love this product due to the price point but it really works. Gives me a plump lip filler look when left on overnight. Definitely prefer this to the laneige lip mask. It does have a sticky/tacky feel so best to use overnight vs during the day.

Really wanted to like this, was really turned off by the sticky formula
Really wanted to like this, but was completely turned off by the sticky, heavy formula. Looking at the ingredients, I thought this could be a promising product, but applying it was tough. It doesn’t absorb, it just sits there, which sounds better than product that wears off too quickly. But this was simply too heavy. I remember getting this on my face a few times, normal transfer, and trying to wash it off. Warm water and cleanser did not even begin to touch it! Anytime I would apply it, if I use my fingers, it was really, really difficult to wash off. I can’t say if the product did anything to alleviate dryness or increase plumpness. I didn’t notice any difference, but certainly hope it’s worked for other people. I’m willing to try any sort of peptide or lip boosting product, and this is definitely the least favorite I’ve ever purchased. Again, I hope it works for some, but this definitely was not for me. Every time I had it on, my hair was getting stuck in it, and if it transferred to anywhere else, it was nearly impossible to remove. Will not re-purchase.
