PROTOCOL:

A 4-week clinical study conducted on 35 female subjects with Fitzpatrick type II and III, ages 30 to 65. Test product or control was applied twice daily in conjunction with use of cleanser and sunscreen. Efficacy and tolerance evaluation conducted at baseline, following treatment with a fractional laser (Halo (Sciton) 1470nm, non-ablative mode), and after day 28. A single-center, evaluator-blinded, randomized, and controlled clinical study was performed on 26 females and males aged 23-50 years old and with Fitzpatrick I-IV phototypes. Sciton Erbium:YAG laser was used to generate two uniform test sites on the volar forearm of each subject at Day 0, followed by randomized immediate application of the Advanced RGN-6 cream or left untreated. Advanced RGN-6 cream was then applied twice daily during the study. Clinical and bioinstrumentation evaluations were conducted to measure skin healing efficacy at Days 0, post laser, 1, 7, 11, 14 and 18.

Once or twice daily after cleansing, apply 1-2 pumps to the palm of the hand and press into the skin of the forehead cheeks and chin. Blend the product into the skin. If using in the morning, apply after a SkinCeuticals vitamin C antioxidant serum and before a SkinCeuticals sunscreen. If using with a retinol at night, apply Advanced RGN-6 after retinol application.
