SkinCeuticals Blemish + Age Defense is an advanced solution to help eliminate adult acne while addressing wrinkles, fine lines and uneven skin tone. A combination of 2% dioic acid with alpha and beta hydroxy acids prevent blemishes while diminishing hyperpigmentation and reducing wrinkles and fine lines. This targeted treatment also inhibits excess of sebum production, unclogs pores and helps prevent skin darkening from UV exposure.
Key Ingredients:
- 2% Dioic Acid: naturally derived from vegetables, this ingredient helps reduce excess sebum
- 0.3% LHA (Caproloyl Salicylic Acid): a lipo-hydroxy acid, LHA, evenly exfoliates skin, decongests pores, and refines the skin’s surface
- 1.5% Salicylic Acid: a beta-hydroxy acid refines pores and helps reduce the formation of acne

I am in my late fifties and still suffer from large pores and break outs. Living in Florida's humidity doesn't help either. This product is the best I have ever used in making my pores smaller and reducing the frequency of clogged pores. I love how it is for aging skin as well because when I was using benzoyl peroxide it was causing me to have dried up and crepey skin. My skin honestly does look clearer and smoother using this product. I am now on my 3rd bottle and will continue to purchase. I am using skinceuticals LHA cleanser and toner, retinol, Phloretin CF gel, HA Intensifier, and Sunday Riley's Good Genes as well and my skin has not looked this good in a long time.

I have hormonal adult acne and have for years. I would not say this is a miracle product, but I have purchased it again because I definitely see a difference in quantity and severity of breakouts after regular use of this product. I enjoy that fact that it is easy to apply, light weight, not sticky, and absorbs quickly. I also don't notice irritation or dryness as I would with a lesser quality salicylic acid.

Works immediately. Strong stuff
I had acne since my teens and I am now in my late 30s. I have used this for a week now and my skin has never been better. It stings and burns for the first minute but it works so I deal with it. Also smells like rubbing alcohol at times but that quickly dissipates. I use this at night followed by a moisturizer. Every few days, I will use the Skinceuticals retinol 1%. The zits I do get now quickly heal up. I think after a few weeks, I will taper down and use it every few days because I already see so much improvement in my skin. My acne is hormonal and diet related so I will always get it but this product really helps curb it. Worth every penny.

Works great for aging!
