Ok, so let me start with the positives. It glides on my face beautifully. I have extremely sensitive and reactive skin. I have no had any problems with this serum. My skin looks noticeably brighter and my fine lines have been reduced. I use 3-4 drops in the morning, as a base under my primer. I live somewhere with very harsh winters and this serum has helped tremendously with my dry patches. I can see this lasting a long time and with such great results, so it makes the product seem good value for money. Ok, now for the negative and the only reason that I deducted a star. It smells like hotdogs!!! I absolutely cannot stand hotdogs and it’s all I can smell, when I put it on my face. If they changed the smell to anything else, then it would get 5 stars from me!

This was recommended by my derm to supplement my anti aging and anti acne treatments. I use a prescription retinoid at night and vitamin c in the morning with a light moisturizer and EltaMD physical sunscreen. I suffered with hormonal acne for years and this combo has not only changed my skin and gotten rid of the old acne scars, but it’s made my skin healthy and glowing now. I wish someone would have recommended this to me years ago. I’ve tried cheaper vit c products but keep coming back to this one, because the brightening is unparalleled. I will continue to use it, for as long as I can afford it. I do think that skin ceuticals needs to reconsider their price points. This is a wonderful product but not everyone can afford it at this price tag.

I have read about this serum in different articles and it’s praises from dermatologist and people for years. I finally decided to dive in and try it. It did not disappoint. My skin is healthier and better looking because of it. I’m on my third bottle and plan on continuing. I will turn 50 this year and am constantly being mistaken for a woman in her thirties. I have been using CE Ferulic at 12 years. I apply it each morning after my cleansing. I am 73 years old, maintain a disciplined daily routine for my face and throat care.
