This is a game changer.
I first received this last year in one of my Beautyfix boxes and I fell in love with how it made my skin feel. I ended up taking my moms sample because I liked it so much. I have also sampled phylorectin CF but I didn't see as much of an impact with that one compared to the CE Ferulic. Yes, it is expensive and that really put me off purchasing it for quite some time. I just couldn't justify the cost. After doing a bunch of research as to what dermatologists personally use, and products that had clinical testing and proven results, my research led me back to this serum time and again. That's really why I decide to pull the trigger and buy it. Skinceuticals brand has the clear advantage when it comes to science backed ingredients and rigorous testing. I highly recommend anyone do their research before blindly buying a product that cost this much. As for what it does for my skin? I have the start of fine lines around my eyes as well as discoloration around them. I also deal with minuscule bumps along my cheekbones and temples, and fairly deep furrow lines on my forehead. This product has done wonders in reducing the appearance of the lines, discoloration, and the bumps have completely disappeared. Now this is not the only product I use, so I can't say that the results are solely based on this alone. But when I first tried it out, the Difference in the complexion of my face was not only noticeable to me but to others as well. The serum is thick and slightly sticky, but absorbs into the skin quickly. Yes, it does smell like hot dogs, I won't lie. But if you use this in layers with other products, it is not noticeable. For my daily routine, I wash my face with various products from my Beautyfix box, I use Thayers toner, apply this, apply Skinceuticals Resveratol B E, then lastly I apply Sunday Riley Ice ceramide cream or Huxley Secret of Sahara.

Acne prone skin beware
I was excited to try given the huge fan base of this, but I have acne prone skin and the serum has caused my face to break out. Potentially will give it another week to see if my skin can adjust, but given the price I would t recommend if you have acne prone skin

So the price tag on it scared me at first but the reviews have always been so great. Then my dermatologist posted this as part of her daily routing so I figured I'd give it a try. WORTH THE MONEY
I have acne-prone skin and I unfortunately tend to pick at my skin, which causes scarring. This completely reduces the redness and appearance of my scars! I usually apply serums to the back of my hand for application to my face instead of dropping it on my face (so that my hands also get the benefits of the serum and the dropper never touches my face), but this one is super runny. So I suggest putting it in your palm instead of applying directly to your face and/or the backside of your hand!!
