Not my favorite
I have very sensitive skin and I found that this product caused little bumps to surface on my forehead. I tried to keep using it for a couple weeks to see if the bumps would go away, but they stayed. The smell is also hard to stand and stays with you. It also left my skin sticky, making it hard to apply make-up after use.

breaks forehead out
Unfortunately, this broke me out. I tried using it off and on for a year, but every time I would end up with deep acne on my forehead after a few days. Only a few bumps, but deep ones that would later leave scars. I have tried other Vitamin C (ascorbic acid ones like this with optimal ph levels) throughout the past year too, and some have broken me out less, but overall it seems that Vitamin C is the culprit for me, not Skinceuticals necessarily. I've seen other reviews say similar things. Perhaps if you really want to use it, but your forehead breaks out from it like seems to be common, you could avoid that area.

Great for most - not a fit for my skin
Everyone I have talked to who has tried this product raves about it, so I was excited to try it out, but it didn't deliver the same results for me. I have seborrheic dermatitis, so perhaps it's just too much for my sensitive / easily irritated skin, but I found it to be drying. I ended up giving this to my sister in law, who absolutely loves it, so I think it's a great product for most people, just not for all folks with underlying skin issues.

Great product
Overall I did not notice reducing in fine line, however it did stabilize the current status of my skin. Although it is 30ml, It lasted me about 4-5 months with daily use. I am ordering another once, as I do think it is a good serum. The smell didn't bother me.

Antioxidant powerhouse
I've used this product for the last two years and definitely have noticed a difference in my skin tone and some fine lines. Most importantly I use this product to prevent future sun damage and I am a strong believer in vitamin C. I trust skinceuticals because of their research put in to support the quality of their product. It is a hefty price tag but I feel it's worth the investment plus it last me 3-4 months.

This was something I had read about for quite some time. I liked it, and found that it did make my skin a bit clearer,, those dark spots faded,, I wish it had been more effective, but still I am happy. I will say the product did sting quite a bit, I used in the morning before the moisturizer,, and considering I am using an RX retinoid, it may be a little too much for my sensitive skin.

I decided to purchase a second bottle. I thought I was insane when I bought the first bottle as I've never spent that much on a single skincare product. I really believe this serum helped with fading marks from acne and the texture of my face has definitely improved. I have very pale skin with freckles, so even the tiniest blemishes will leave a red mark even if I do not mess with them! Very frustrating, but they fade faster with this product. It is expensive and I did look for another serum to use instead that was cheaper, but I just couldn't switch. I hope my partner never finds out how much this stuff costs. It did turn a yellow color by the end of the bottle (lasted about 6 months which helps with the price). You get used to the hotdog water scent after a few uses. I highly recommend!

I am in love with natural products so it was a no brainer to try the vitamin C from 100% pure. I really like it because it gives me a glow, but I haven't seen any results yet. I have a lot of sun spots and this is my second bottle. I'm not sure if I will get any result but we will see in a few months.
