Lighter than I expected but nice
I bought this to compliment the metacell renewal B3 that I use as a moisturizer (on top of CE Ferulic during the day and HA Intesifier at night) and expected it to be a little heavier feeling since it's a cream. It actually is a light moisturizer that feels good and doesn't leave me feeling greasy at all the next day. I will need to add something a little more intense for the winter months, but this is a good add to the line-up for the majority of the year.

Best moisturizer for my aging and acne prone skin
I avoided moisturizer for a long time. I have really oily skin and it always broke my skin out. I use Retina A daily and needed moisturizer. I tried it ALL. This was it! I've used it for years. I first bought through my dermatologist but then found the dermstore and their frequent discounts to be perfect! They are an authorized dealer and no risk of expired or fake product. Great basic moisturizer
This product is incredibly light, to the point that I can barely tell I've applied it; my skin is soft and supple, but there's zero residue left behind on the skin. I actually layer this over the Metacell Renewal B3 cream, and while generally layering products leaves me a greasy mess, I've never had that issue with this product. It also works great as a standalone moisturizer for my skin in my humid area, but I'm not sure it would offer enough moisture for those living in arid climates with dry skin. My only complaint is with the packaging, as is my complaint with many Skinceuticals products. I HATE sticking my fingers into pots. It feels unsanitary, and having it exposed to so much air isn't optimal either. I use a small plastic scoop I got with another skincare product to apply it to my fingers, but I still really don't like the packaging.

Good daily moisturizer
I've been using this day cream for about 6 months. It does a nice job of providing moisture without an oily look. It goes on nicely under make up, too. Make sure you let it absorb and dry before applying make up.
