Late 20's: Winter Dry Skin - Winter Dry Skin, Does The Trick
My skin has changed. There's no way around it. No amount of denial will ease the tight spots I feel on my face when I wake up in the morning. I went to the derm, with little fanfare, he recommended this cream. I bought it, used it nightly and it helped. I shopped around, tried other creams, Kate Somerville, Skin Medica, etc. For the price, and for my age (late 20's), this does the trick. Of course, I do use a nightly toner, and a hyaluronic acid based serum and THEN I slather this on before I hit the covers. But, I like my ritual. I use the SkinCeuticals Daily Moisture for my a.m. routine. Good product for it's price point. I will keep repurchasing and would recommend.

Rich but Lightweight
A nice, think moisturizer for normal-dry skin. I was hoping this would be much thicker and would provide longer relief, as I have very, very dry skin and live in a dry desert climate at high altitude. I will finish the jar for the summer, and switch to something heavier for summer. If you have extremely dry skin like me, you may want something richer.

A wonderful daily moisturizer
I use Emolience twice daily, in the morning after VitC serum followed by sunscreen and in the evening after VitB12 serum and a retinoid product. The texture of my skin is smooth and supple. I live in the desert southwest where it is dry and hot. This moisturizer is very hydrating without heaviness. It does not clog my pores and leaves my skin refreshed. I have tried many moisturizer combinations and Emolience is the best!
