SkinCeuticals Micro-Exfoliating Scrub provides intense and even exfoliation without being harmful to delicate skin. Hydrated silica, a naturally occuring mineral, sloughs away dull skin and impurities while glycerin and aloe leaf extract hydrate, cool, and refresh the skin.
Key Ingredients:
- Hydrated Silica: a derivative of silicon dioxide and a naturally occurring mineral, hydrated silica lifts and removes dead skin cells, excess oil, and debris from the skin’s surface
- Glycerin: a powerful humectant possesses water-binding properties that help deliver intense hydration
- Aloe Leaf Extract: provides cooling and refreshing properties that are linked to its moisturizing gel texture

Great exfoliater
I keep this on hand in my shower, sometimes just use solo or use with a oil based cleanser and let it do its magic. I will shave my face prior with my Billie razor and my skin is left so soft. Ready for any treatment i plan for it after.

Gentle enough for every day use
It's easy to use in the shower and gentle enough to use every day, but not as powerful as Dermalogica's dry microfoliant which delivers glowing results. It's a different product, not as expensive, and much easier to use by squeezing it out of a tube already mixed as opposed to to having to add water and mixIng yourself. It does not dry out my skin. It's a very good product, but I need a stronger exfoliant at least once a week.
