SkinCeuticals Micro-Exfoliating Scrub provides intense and even exfoliation without being harmful to delicate skin. Hydrated silica, a naturally occuring mineral, sloughs away dull skin and impurities while glycerin and aloe leaf extract hydrate, cool, and refresh the skin.
Key Ingredients:
- Hydrated Silica: a derivative of silicon dioxide and a naturally occurring mineral, hydrated silica lifts and removes dead skin cells, excess oil, and debris from the skin’s surface
- Glycerin: a powerful humectant possesses water-binding properties that help deliver intense hydration
- Aloe Leaf Extract: provides cooling and refreshing properties that are linked to its moisturizing gel texture

Best scrub for all skin types
I have used SkinCeuticals brand since they were LaRoche probably about 20 plus years. All of their products in both lines are excellent and one will not find them on shopping networks. The product that is one of my favorites is the micro-exfoliating scrub. The surface beads are not hard and are very pliable when used on a damp face. As with any scrub one should use a light touch in circular motions and never pull your skin taunt. I have had enough experience with skin care products since I was seven years old(one of my aunts close to me was in beauty pagents ). I will never switch from this scrub. All I can say is any skin type can benefit with proper use of this scrub.

I use this product 2-3 time a week and it really helps remove the dead skin cells. I workout almost every day and I feel like this helps give me a deep clean that I need after a good workout. I use this in the evening and follow up with the SkinCeutical Resveratrol B E and overnight cream. It leaves my skin very soft after.

Nice exfoliator, not the best results for acne prone skin
I have been using this exfoliator nightly for a while, and I don't think it has helped clarify my skin or my complexion as much as the other reviews may say. I think it is a great daily exfoliant, but I think there are other products that may be equally if not more effective.
