I have sensitive skin with redness. Definitely cooling. I use it a few times a week or a needed all night and my skin is so soft. The hydration did seem to help my redness. Scent is ok - botanical smelling. Packaging seems very high end.

I bought this because I needed a comforting hydrating mask and the price was right, especially for a SkinCeuticals product. I've used this a few times and am still not sure of the efficacy. When applied, it's definitely cooling, comforting, and plumping, but the directions say to rinse off with cool water and that step seems a waste to me. I like the feel of the mask and the scent is pleasantly herbal and medicinal, but as far as specific skin benefits, the jury's still out.
