Amazing !
My first thought when I tried this serum was- wow! It really made my skin look so plump and it absorbs beautifully. I use this as my first serum post cleanse and other serums layer well over this one. With time I can see some improvements in my fine lines and it has helped to lighten some minor dark areas from previous sun damage. I love the ingredient list and think this is a must have to keep my skin looking youthful and healthy. It is pricey but I think this one is worth the splurge.

Nice product, safe for acne prone skin, but not my favorite.
This seems to be a perfectly fine product; for me it just comes down to personal preference of formulation/feel. A big concern of mine with SkinCeuticals is their products claiming to be non-comedogenic, when actually containing the “texture enhancing”, known comedogenic ingredient Laureth 23 and other problematic ingredients. Why is denatured alcohol a main in many of their products? It won’t break you out of course, but you don’t need to be putting it on your face! Laureth 23 is a big problem, absolutely a no-no for acne prone skin. The good news is this particular product is NOT one of those. It doesn't contain any pore clogging ingredients. For me personally, this antioxidant formula feels heavy due to dimethicone as one of the first ingredients. While not harmful, I personally feel like it impedes absorption of the actives, the good stuff you’re shelling money out for. It felt rather heavy on my face and didn’t feel wonderful, so I used it on my neck and chest. We don’t want to neglect those areas when applying anti-aging products! Nice enough product, I see no major problems with it, I just didn’t find it useful enough to re-purchase. I know it is for nighttime use, and if it were a real home-run product, I could learn to get over the heavy texture. Feels like a greasy gel paste, though it IS oil free. I personally do not love dimethicone heavy facial (or hair!) product. If it’s lower down on the ingredient list, it’s bearable, but if it’s the 2nd ingredient in, I won’t love it. It’s a cheap ingredient that’s just for texture, so I’m wary of anything listing it as a main ingredient. I think this formula is worth a shot if you’re a big fan of the brand, and don’t mind a heavier feel to your product. Hey, it at least will not cause breakouts!
