Ideal for those with sensitive skin types or those new to vitamin C antioxidant serum, this powerful serum combines 10% pure vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid) and 0.2% ferulic acid to help neutralize damaging free radicals that contribute to environmental damage and premature signs of aging.

Tip: It is normal for vitamin C products to darken after opening due to air and light exposure. The formula will remain effective. Once opened, it is recommended to be used within 3 months of opening.
Once in the morning after cleansing, apply four to five drops to a dry face, neck and chest. Follow with SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Gel and a SkinCeuticals moisturizer and sunblock. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.

Great for sensitive, reactive skin
I've tried other Vitamin C serums in the past, but I often found them too aggressive for my sensitive skin. I've used the 10 AOX+ serum for 2 years now and am happy with the results. I only wish Skinceuticals would offer a smaller bottle.

Gentle serum
This is a great gentle serum that doesn't irritate the skin. It doesn't smell as bad as some Vitamin C serums. You do need to get used to the consistency (it's like water) so you need to be careful that you don't have it just slide off of your hands. It's a great product and I plan to continue purchasing it.

Tingles but excellent

Perfect for sensitive skin
I agree with other reviewers. Skinceuticals CE Ferulic serum was too harsh for my skin (as is retinol). This serum hits the sweet spot. It brightens without being too harsh. I use it with the b5 gel as well, which feels very soothing after applying Serum 10 AOX. I recommend these. I think you could try the AOX on its own with another soothing layer, but I like the combination. I don’t use a ton, but I do use it every day now. It is one of my favorite products - big value and it lasts a while.
