Doesn’t Cleanse Well
I love how this cleanser makes my skin feel. But it does not get my face clean. I only wear tinted sunscreen and little other makeup, and I always use a cleansing oil and rinse before applying this product. And still after cleansing with this product there is sunscreen residue left. I haven’t had this issue with other cleansers. I love Skinceutical products but this was was a fail for me. I don’t know how it could possibly take off full makeup.

Such a Mess
I guess the cleanser is okay, but the packaging is so bad, I have trouble pumping it out, and instead of foaming, the cleanser comes out partially foamed and mostly just like water. It’s so exhausting, I’m about to throw away a 3/4 full product. What a waste of money.
