SkinMedica's TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream™ restores moisture to heal, mend and soothe severely dry, damaged or compromised skin. Palmitoyl oligopeptide and tetrapeptide-7 regulate cell functionality and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin A promotes new cell growth and TNS® growth factor nourishes, conditions and seals in hydration.

My favorite moisturizer!!
I actually bought this moisturizer because I ended up get all red and irritated from using tretinion. Well I'm so happy I did! This cream is very thick and helps to heal the moisture barrier. It did not burn going on at all and actually felt very soothing. My skin healed up within 2 days, compared to the usual 5 to 6 days, after tretinion irritation. My skin is so much more healthier now and stronger than normal, and I havn't had irritation from the tretinion again, since I started using using this cream.. I highly recommend!

really hydrating
i've been using this product for over 6 months now, and it is quite excellent and leaves my skin in the morning very moisturized and plump. This product is really good if you are using a retinol. It's intensely moisturizing, it has really helped to balance out my extremely dry facial skin. Only downside is that it does not come with a pump, so you have to cut open the tube to get the rest of the moisturizer out, and put it in a new container. which I highly recommend doing since it is so expensive.

I bought this product because I started a series of professional chemical peels from Skinmedica and they recommended to use this cream after each peel. I am so glad I had it. It helps sooth, hydrate, heal, calm, and mend the skin. When my skin started peeling this cream was all I used, constantly throughout the day! Even after both treatments wore off, every time I used this product, people said something nice about my skin. I also didn't use it every day because I'm poor. I only used it on special occasions. This has been the only thing that has ever really offered any improvement to my skin on a moisturizer level. The reason I only gave it four stars is I'm still looking for that January to February fixer. This helps in those cold months, but I wish I could get the compliments ALL year. I've been mixing it with the Clarity RX Hyaluronic Acid for some extra moisture. The main compliment: "Your skin is glowing!" or, of course, "What are you doing different?"
