Palmitoyl oligopeptide and tetrapeptide-7 regulate cell functionality and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin A promotes new cell growth and TNS® growth factor nourishes, conditions and seals in hydration.

Great for dry, acne pron skin

I needed this thick cream in my regimen
I did a quick search on DermStore comparing the ingredients I like found in my regular night time moisturizer and came accross this gem in the search results. I was looking to upgrade my beloved cream to something richer and thicker as I just began a regimen of home peels and rx retin-a for my remnants of adult (and very stubborn acne). This moisturizer is indeed very think! It works beautifully over my actives and serums and also it looks phenom under makeup! It hasn't aggravated any breakouts that I have noticed. I love that I can treat my acne and then "fix" any dryness I've created by applying this product. This product was also highly recommended by some YouTube vloggers I like. Lastly, one day I will likely spring for the TNS essential serum, but for now I will use this product as a segue into that realm. Ps- I considered buying this on amazon, but the reviews there of people receiving fake or expired products wasn't worth the risk to me (hello it's going on your face!)

A MUST HAVE!!
I first used this after I had a couple of mild chemical peels and microdermabrasion to help clear up some malasma to help my skin heal faster and give deep moisture to my fragile healing skin. IT WORKS amazing! It truly is a miracle healing cream and a also a great night moisturizer because is is very moisturizing and also helps skin cells repair themselves faster. I use it after my retinol cream and even on acne scars to help them heal faster. It is a must have for me at all times.

Works OK, but was expecting much more
I was really excited about the ingredients and reputation of SkinMedica's TNS line. However, the texture doesn't work well with my skincare routine. I don't know if it's the other products I use, but this seems to "ball up" and "crumble" on my face. Also, I don't really find it that moisturizing at all. I always have to add something else on top of it. It's not a bad cream; it's just not great.
