the results were so so
For all the good reviews about this product I was expecting it to deliver better than it did. It is light and absorbs quickly. Does leave my normal skin feeling hydrated, which is great for a serum. It doesn't tingle or irritate. As for results, I did not really see any in terms of skin brightening or evening out. The quest for the right vitamin c serum continues

Broke Me Out
If you are at all prone to breakouts with Vitamin C products, steer clear. This is the worst I've broken out yet from a Vitamin C serum-some really big, long-lasting welts along my jawline. I want to use this product for the anti-aging benefits, but it makes my skin too mad. On the plus side, this serum does not have the dreaded Vitamin C "hot dog" smell like C E Ferulic and other Vitamin C serums. It smells like refreshing citrus.

Best Vitamin C Serum I have tried...
And I have tried quite a few. Some made me break out because they were too oily, some just did not do what they were supposed to, and some were way too pricey. Sunday Riley CEO Vitamin C has been my favorite by far. It instantly makes my skin glow and feel plump. Overall my skin seems clearer and has a more even texture/color. While the price point is a bit high especially if using twice a day, if you sign up for the subscription service through Dermstore, at least you get a discount! Highly recommend for combination, sensitive, aging skin.

Ok, but not my favorite bit c product
I have oily skin and this product can be a little thick and heavy for me during the day time when i prefer to wear my vit c. This product wasn't irritating at all though and in general it preformed well, i just don't feel like its meant for my skin type.

I've always loved vitamin C serum's and this one was excellent. Gave an instant brightening affect. Within the first couple days of using the product each morning I got tons of compliments that my skin look like it was glowing. It applies very lightly and not greasy at all. I've been using this serum to help even out my skin tone and brighten my complexion. It hasn't been long enough to see a dramatic difference but it seems to be helping a little so far. I'm using it in conjunction with the CEO moisturizer.

Love Sunday Riley Vitamin C products
Vitamin C has really helped my skin this year, thanks to Sunday Riley products. With regular use, my skin improved so much that my husband noticed! (That says a lot, he's not the kind of guy that thinks about that kind of thing). I originally held off due to the price, but finally took the plunge in a beauty box and love it!
