This is THE ONE
Sunday Riley Good genes is my holy grail, hence the title - THE ONE. Oh Good Genes, you help provide the sheen that my (not) so good genes has given me. Some folks naturally have perfect skin and need to do little to improve it. Not moi. I've tried lots and lots of different skincare - I'm a bit of a skincare fiend - and this is one of, if not my absolute fave. Different strokes for different folks - I know what works amazingly for one may be junk for another, but this is my treasured product. I very much wish this wasn't so freaking pricey. I've also tried a lot of different products from within the SR brand - some are good, others ok, and others yuck (Martian toner - bleh). This is by far the most impressive product in their line. It show both immediate and longer term results and gives a radiant glow. I try to be careful and not layer a lot of products on top of it though as it diminishes some of that glow. I've used lots of different serums when I didn't have this product in hand and none really stack up. If it weren't for the high price tag then I would wear this twice a day. This is the closest to having good (skincare) genes that I've been able to achieve!

Recently with the scandal of Sunday Riley forcing its employees to write fake Sephora reviews (google it) I've decided to speak my mind: this product is a scam. It has done nothing for me.

So worth the cost!
I received a sample of this and tried it while I was skeptical to see results with the amount in the tube, and slightly fearing that it would be too harsh. Fortunately, I was completely wrong! A little goes a long way, and after only 2 or 3 uses, I started to seeing an improvement in the texture of my skin. I also didn't have any dryness or negative reactions. While it is expensive, the fact that it doesn't take much to fully cover your face and that it has quick results, it is completely worth every penny!
