Just Try It!
The first time I put this on I thought "yuck" it felt greasy. That lasted for about 10 seconds... then it felt like velvet! Sometimes I keep reapplying because I don't feel like I have it on, it is that light. We have a boat and I can testify that I have never gotten the slightest bit of too much sun on my face when using it (I do use an additional block on my nose). I recommend this product to everyone I know!

Peeled upon application
Unfortunately it didn't work out for me I tried with or with out moisturizer underneath both time it started to balling up and I can't get over the grayish cast.

I love the sun protection this product offers, but besides that it isn't anything special and runs out fairly quickly. For a cheaper price, I would probably buy more frequently, but I think there are other more inexpensive options that are probably on par with this product.

Matte spf primer
As other reviewers have mentioned this product does feel like a primer going on and gives a smooth matte finish that blurs pores and fine lines. That being said, I am not 100% positive that the amount that can be applied without pilling can provide the full spf40. I would layer this over a moisturizer that already has some spf in it for reinforced protection.

Feels just like a primer
Its amazing, I've turned many a friend and even my spfphobe mom onto this sunscreen. I've had so many people ask, "are you sure this will actually protect me from the sun?" just because it doesnt feel like sunscreen at all, in a good way!

Smooth as butter
I am so in love with the texture of Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen (and their Matte Sunscreen too!). This one comes out clear and is so velvety smooth. No stickiness factor. No white sheen. It's perfect!! I will say - if you are rosacea prone like myself, the Matte one would probably be best for you because it's a mineral sunscreen (just zinc and titanium dioxide). I don't wear foundation but this would act as a perfect primer to use makeup ontop of. THE BEST
