Weleda Muscle Massage Oil (formerly Arnica Massage Oil) is a highly nourishing oil that provides a wave of warmth over your skin to relieve and soothe. Organic arnica flower extract slowly unwinds your tense muscles and reduces stress. Organic sunflower seed and olive oils soften and tone as a combination of lavender and rosemary essential oils calm your mind. The replenishing blend of oils leave your muscles, skin and mind relaxed and at ease.
Apply a small amount of Arnica Massage Oil to damp skin. Massage in a circular motion (always towards the heart) until it is absorbed.

More oily than I expected
It's great for partner massage, because it warms slightly, and stays nice and smooth on our skin. It's a bit more oily than I'd like, and I feel like I have to shower after using it.

It's good but nothing special. I like to use it for massaging my body and the consistency is nice, but I don't feel like the oil itself does anything significant. The scent is fine. I might buy again or try other Weleda oils. The packaging is a bit hard to use. The bottle gets very greasy.
