So far I haven't loved this product. I really wanted an eye cream with retinol and peptides for prevention. I don't ever have any irritation, sensitivity or stinging, but this one seems to cause me to wake up with crusty eyes. I can't speak to any long term improvements, but its gentle enough and a well rounded formula, i've found it difficult to find eye products that have peptides, ceramics AND retinol together, so i suppose its also worth the price tag since its like 2 products in one.

A little too harsh for my sensitive skin
I received this product as a sample and was excited to give it a try because I love Paula's Choice products and am still searching for that perfect eye cream that contains all the "good stuff" (retinol, vitamin C, etc) but that my sensitive skin can also tolerate. Initially I liked the way it made my skin feel, but I could not use it morning and evening or even subsequent days in a row without it stinging and irritating my undereye area to the point of it flaking and peeling. Nothing against the product, just be aware if your skin is equally sensitive.

didn't see any visible results
After using this product for three months, I haven't noticed any visible improvements in the puffiness of my eye bags. I know puffiness and dark circles are genetic and not much can be done, but I've definitely used eye creams that at least feel moisturizing and plumping. This did very little.

A staple in my healthy skin routine!
I have used this eye cream for about three years. I have changed eye creams from time to time, but I always return to PC Clinical Ceramide eye cream because I have noticed a difference in my skin tone and texture; I don't have the crepey under-eye skin. It has reduced and is maintaining plumpness in my skin under my eyes and eyelids. I use this pretty much day and night (since it has retinol, I wear sunscreen or eye primer with SPF in the day time for the protection or stay indoors as much as I can). I don't notice any perfume or smell in the product. It has a thicker texture but absorbs easily into my skin. I don't have any problems with the packaging; I don't have issues with dispensing any product when I get to the bottom of the container.
