I have really sensitive skin so I was looking for something gentle, but this isn't great at removing mascara. I feel like I have to keep using more product and more cotton rounds to get my mascara off, and it doesn't seem any more effective than something like pure coconut oil. It's gentle and hasn't caused any irritation at least

Great make-up remover. It doesn't cause me to breakout, washes off easily, and take the make-up off without a problem. It works well with my waterproof mascara which is awesome!

I bought this makeup remover almost a year ago and still have it even though I use it a few times a week because a little bit goes a long way! Just make sure you shake it really well before applying. I rub it with a cotton swab all over and find it makes my face wash more effective as well.

This product gently removes waterproof mascara without irritating my eyes. I've also used it like a micellar water to clean off sunscreen residue, and it does that beautifully too. For reference, I'm in my forties, with skin on the drier side of normal and very sensitive eyes. I found this product as a cruelty-free (Leaping Bunny-certified) replacement for Neutrogena's oil-free eye makeup remover. It works as well as or better than that product.

This product is as gentle as its name promises, but it's also really effective in removing waterproof mascara and long-wear eyeliner, the main types of long-wear makeup I use. It's also nice used like a micellar water. For reference, I'm a cisgender woman, 43 at the time I'm writing this, with fair skin that has been more sensitive and drier in recent years. My eyes are pretty sensitive as well, and I've had no problems with burning or any other sort of irritation with this product.

I don't wear makeup as often as I used to, but when I use any kind of eyeshadow, eyeliner, or eyelash glue I can always count on this to take it all off. I use it as the first step in my double cleanse routine. I soak a cotton round and just hold it to my eye for a few seconds. Afterwards, my eye makeup just melts off and I'm not left with raccoon eyes.

I was using Lancôme's bi-facial eye makeup remover, but I decided to switch to this one when I ran out because it was on sale. I'm so glad I did! I use it every day and it does what it's supposed to. I prefer it to Lancôme's now because the bottle makes it a little easier to dispense than Lancôme's does - plus it's cheaper!
