Paula's Choice RESIST Perfectly Balanced Foaming Cleanser gently removes dirt, excess oil, makeup and other impurities without affecting skin's natural moisture or pH balance. Its nourishing formula strengthens the hydro-lipid barrier with ceramides and hyaluronic acid. Aloe vera soothes irritation and inflammation as arginine softens and conditions the skin with water-binding amino acids.

Saved my skin!
My old face wash from another brand was discontinued and I used the recommended alternative from that brand. Within two days my face had what looked like chemical burns all over. I bought this in an attempt to calm my skin down and it worked perfectly. It doesn’t seem to be as effective on my hormonal acne so I rotate with another face wash, but it’s great for sensitive or irritated skin.

Favorite gentle cleanser
This is my favorite gentle cleanser! Like the bottle says, if you wear makeup a lot, you may need to do a double wash. I wear sunscreen and makeup so I usually start my routine with a cleansing oil and then follow up with this cleanser to wash the rest.

I’ve been using Paula’s Choice perfectly Balanced Foaming Cleanser for years and love the performance of it. It’s gentle and effectively removes my skincare products and makeup. That being said, I wear very little makeup, so I feel that someone who used heavier makeup may need to double cleanse with this face wash. Overall very pleased with this cleanser!

Good face wash
This is a nice and gentle cleanser, I'm just not sure it's the best one for me. I've been using it almost daily for the past couple months, but I may need to give it more time to see results? But it definitely has a nice soft feel/texture when you put it on your face, and doesn't have much (if any) smell.
