Paula's Choice SKIN BALANCING Pore-Reducing Toner helps refresh and restore balance to your skin. Antioxidants, soothing plant extracts and niacinamide help tone down oily skin and minimize pore size making oily areas less noticeable and skin more even, smooth, moisturized and protected.

Best Toner for Smaller Pores
This has been a great toner for my skin. I have noticed that my pores are smaller.

This is the first Paula's Choice product I've tried. It seems to be doing a great job at keeping my pores small-ish, and also isn't drying or irritating. Definitely recommend, especially for prepping the skin for treatments/serums.
