This hydrating formula contains essential ingredients dry, flaky skin needs to improve and help defend against dehydration, environmental stress, and aging. It is so gentle, it’s suitable even for skin prone to eczema.

I wanted to really like this one. I prefer thicker milky toners and this was very watery. I haven't noticed a difference in hydration either. The blue toner from Paula's Choice is more hydrating I think!

I love this calming toner to death. I would suggest anyone with sensitive and redness prone skin to try it. I have repurchased it several times already and will continue to do so. I apply it first before any other products. I use a small spray bottle and spritz directly on my face and spread it around with my clean fingers...wonderful product!
