Great Results
5I purchased this product after hearing about it on a beauty podcast. It was recommended for sensitive acne prone skin. That is me to a tee! Boy does this product deliver! I noticed results after the first use. The redness and blemishes on on my face were immediately reduced. My existing blemishes started to heal and the remaining red spots were lighter. I have hormonal breakouts every month and my skin becomes so irritated by my usual regimen to combat this. I am going to use this product from now on. The smell is also very pleasing. I highly recommend this product.

5This is a close second to my favorite PCA Skin Pigment Bar. It really locks in moisture! I love the design, the product lasts forever and it's easy to travel with! It has a pretty strong licorice smell, but it doesn't bother me. A great winter product!
Report this reviewBye Bye Dry
5My eczema-prone skin LOVES this product. My eczema gets worse during the winter, especially on my face. But this Dry Skin Relief Bar has been so soothing for me. The little sponges that come with it are helpful with the application. The scent is ok, it's subtle. I hope this heals your skin!
Report this reviewGood Product
4I have really really really dry skin around my mouth and chin. This product has slightly helped with the flaking but I think I have eczema so I may need something something dermatologist prescribed. Product is good and has helped but if my skin was not as bad, it would have been perfect.
Report this reviewGood Cleanser for Rosacea Skin
5This soap is very moisturizing and soothes my rosacea-prone skin which is surprising because it does have a strong licorice smell and I usually can't use scented products on my face. I've never had a reaction to it and love the way it makes my skin feel soft and clean. The packaging takes a little getting used to as the soap bar is stuck in the glass jar. I wet a cleansing sponge and rub it on the bar a couple of times and that is sufficient to get the bubbles you need to wash your face. A little goes a long way and will bubble up into a creamy lather. I wash for the recommended two minutes then leave the lid off to let the soap dry. I only use it a couple of times a week as a "treat" for my skin and still have about 3/4 of the product left after a year, so even though it is expensive it lasts a long time depending on how often you use it.
Report this reviewespecially great for winter
5In the winter my skin is dry, there is no way around it. But with the salicylic acid in this bar cleanser it keeps the effects of the dryness at bay. It leaves a nice smooth surface which I then hydrate & moisturize. My hands have the extra soft feel to them as well when I am using this consistently. It's a nice well thought out product from PCA!

5I am almost done with my first bar of this and I must say-it's amazing!! I have combination skin with adult acne and this works wonders on my skin! I have noticed that I have much fewer breakouts and my skin looks fantastic! I use this bar with my facial cleansing brush, then leave it on 2-3 min before rinsing and I am hooked! Thank you PCA!!

Report this reviewI felt like a waxed apple...
5For starters, I'm a guy and my skin is not super-sensitive. I use another, stronger cleanser on a regular basis and was looking to minimize the drying that is, at least partially, attributable to that cleanser. Thus the Dry Skin Relief Bar, which I added to my pre-existing regimine once a day. My first gripe is the container this soap comes in-it's literally stuck/formed to the container. I expected something like a round soap bar that I could hold in my hand: NOPE. The main reason I disliked this was that I use a clarisonic and would be challenged to use this soap in short order (based on the size/design of the container and the size/design of the clarisonic). My second gripe is the "waxy" feel of my skin after I cleansed it with this soap: My facial skin felt heavy and coated, instead of light and clean. Worse yet, ALL of the areas-to include previously clear areas-where I used this soap (to include my face, back of arms, and upper back/chest) became more congested and broke out. AND, these breakouts were not attributable to my skin/pores clearing themselves as I use an excellent skincare regimen and my skin is relatively uncongested and clear based on the same. A less significant gripe is the smell of the product-very musky/"licoricey," but certainly not unbearable. Also the couple of pads that come with the soap-is someone supposed to use the three provided pads repetitively and/or continuously? That doesn't seem either clean or sanitary given the oils/dirt that we wash from our faces on a daily basis. Yadda, yadda, yadda Based on other reviews, this soap works well for many. It did not work for me!

5I searched everywhere for a the right cleanser for my dry skin and this is the best! It leaves my skin feeling clean but not dried out. I use it every morning along with a daily exfoliant.
