Not for my rosacea
The grapefruit oil in this product really irritated my skin and actually increased my irritation. I also found that this product does not layer well with my other skin care. If you need a fragrance free product this is not for you. I have mild subtype 1 rosacea and this caused flushing and stinging for me.

I was so excited to try this product and had high hopes it would help with my redness. However after just a couple of days my skin broke out in bumps, while I was on vacation! I immediately stop using and Im back to using my previous products and hoping it will clear soon.

Great for sensitive, rosacea skin
This is a great products for hypersensitive, rosacea skin. I have been using it for two weeks and have already noticed a difference in my redness, and skin texture. I have the type of rosacea that gets little pimples/bumps unfortunately and this does a good job at keeping them under control with my other PCA products. Below is my routine for my rosacea skin. Morning: PCA Creamy Cleanser Hydrating Serum Anti-Redness Serum Silkoat Balm Night: PCA Creamy Cleanser Dual Action Redness relief serum Silkoat Balm Overall I love this product and will continue to use it. My only complaint would be the packaging. My pump gets stuck constantly and sometimes I feel like its going to quit pumping all together. I also wish the bottle was clear so I could visibly see how much product is left. I think a lot will be wasted towards the end...
