Works amazing with my oily skin. I use it every night after a long day paired with the creamy cleanser and the duo works very well on my face. I did notice my skin getting used to it so I’ll stop using it for a few days and it works just the same again!Report this review
I had high hopes for this cleanser from reading the reviews and of course because of the brand name. I wanted a nighttime cleanser to pair with am cleanser, Revision’s Brightening facial wash. I’ve used the PCA cleanser once a day, sometimes two for about a month. I’ve had no luck removing the small white bumps under my skin (not whiteheads) as someone else in one of the reviews claimed. I may get an occasional zit over several months but since using this PCA wash I’ve had several pop up! My skin can tolerate Retin-A and other glycolic acid cleansers and wipes up to 15% with great results so I’m not sure what is going on. Pretty bummed, but for the price I paid I can’t just trash it. I guess I’ll give it a few more weeks?Report this review
Initially I didn’t expect much from this cleanser after my first use, but wow after consistent use I’ve noticed it is such a nice cleanser. A little goes a long way. It lathers nicely. I have combination/oily skin that’s acne prone and since I’ve been using this my skin feels calm, clean, but not stripped. Would highly recommend to anyone with oily skin.Report this review
I've seen a huge improvement in my acne-prone, combo skin since incorporating this wash into my skincare routine. It's not drying, it feels soothing, and it's without scent which I really appreciate. I tend to only use this once a day, though, so not sure what twice a day use would do for dryness. I have seen a big difference in breakouts and pimples when using this wash. I follow it with other products in the PCA Skin line, too.Report this review
I have struggled with acne for years. Although there are products that keep my acne to a minimum, it wasn't until I started using this face wash that made my acne almost disappear. I also had little tiny skin colored bumps under my skin, and this face wash finally made them surface and go away.Report this review
Great for sensitive skin!5
I have hyper-sensitive skin and cannot tolerate glycolic or salicylic acid, but occasionally need an exfoliant. I use this once a week and it is great. As far as I can tell, this product and the PCA regular Facial Wash are the only exfoliant washes on the market that have ONLY lactic acid and/or gluconolactone - both safer for sensitive skin.Report this review
Calming and cleansing5
As a person with perpetually oily and acne prone skin, I have enough cleansers to use a different one for two weeks straight. I have been defaulting to this one more and more because it gently foams and takes away all my grime to prepare for my acne calming and moisture suppling routine. No feeling of tightness afterwards.Report this review
Really helped balance out my cystic acne. Preferred this to the cleansing oil, which I was using before.Report this review
I've never had a face wash make such a noticeable difference in my skin. I've tried PCA Skin's standard face wash and though it's also a solid choice/dependable fallback, it does not compare to this one. My skin is sensitive and acne prone, and it's really kept my complexion soft and clear. Would not want to be without it. However like other bottles in this line, its prone to leaking around the screw top cap, so be careful how you store it.Report this review
