PCA Skin Pigment Gel HQ Free features a hydroquinone-free formula that diminishes age spots and discoloration for a radiant complexion. An exfoliating complex of lactic, kojic and azelaic acids refine and smooth the skin while diminishing hyperpigmentation. Glutathione and tyrosinase inhibit melanin production to prevent new dark spots from forming.
After cleansing and toning, apply a small amount with fingertips, smooth over affected area and allow to penetrate. Follow with the appropriate PCA SKIN sunscreen moisturizer in the daytime and nourishing moisturizer in the evening. May be used day and/or night.

Great for diminishing sun spots
This pigment is intense but it does work really well! It helped improve my sunspots. I would not recommend using it more than twice a week as it caused my skin to be dry and when using it 3 times a week I had red, inflamed skin. It worked best if I applied this around 6 or 7 pm and then used moisturizer around 9 or 10 pm before heading to bed.

Stong but works!
This stuff is strong so go easy especially when starting and work up to more/more often. And apply sparingly on more sensitive areas. But man does it works. I used it 2-3 times and my sun spots already lightened considerably. I’m kind of amazed

Did not notice a difference
The product burned a little if there was any open skin or scratches. I did not appreciate a change in my age spots and areas of hyperpigmentation. Am going to try the Pro line to see if there is a difference.

Didn't really do anything
This product barely did anything for my skin. Didn't lighten any of the dark spots I had from post-acne hyperpigmentation. I wish I had returned it.

Amazing product
Purchased this item after spending 10 days in the sun on vacation. My minor hyperpigmentation got darker of course so I needed a product that would help lighten the damage. I’ve used it every night since purchasing and have seen a difference. I would recommend and would repurchase.

I see results!
I bought this during a Dermstore sale based on a recommendation from Dr. Dray. This is a hydroquinone free spot fade gel and I've seen results in the first month. I use it on the back of my hands and forearms and I have noticed the "sun spots" have faded and/or decreased in size. I would give this 5 stars but for the price. If you see it on sale at Dermstore, buy two, well worth it!

I’ve just been using this about twice a week for close to 2 months. I feel some some slight sting upon application so it must be working but I don’t see notice any fading yet and n my dark spots. Need patience.

Highly effective
I was recommended this product by my esthetician - and I'm so glad she did! This product works really well - has definitely reduced hyperpigmentation over the course of 3-4 weeks, and unlike products that contain hydroquinone, this one does not cause hypopigmentation. Highly recommend this product for anyone with post acne hyperpigmentation.
