Partial to regular heat styling or hair dying? The award-winning Philip Kingsley Elasticizer treatment was originally created for actress Audrey Hepburn and offers a potent combination of ingredients like elastin and glycerin that work hard to keep tresses feeling strong and more manageable.
Key Ingredients:
- Hydrolyzed Elastin: a humectant that adds strength, body and elasticity to hair
- Essential Fatty Acids: act as a humectant and help lock moisture and boost shine
- Glycerin: helps hair retain moisture
Key Benefits:
- Delivers elasticity, body, bounce and shine to all hair textures
- Suitable for all hair types, even fine hair
- Adds strength, body and elasticity
- Improves hair's tensile strength and moisture retention, reducing breakage
- Fragrance-free
Tip: For improved results on very dry or damaged hair, dampen hair slightly and leave on overnight.
Apply before shampooing. Dampen the hair with water and apply Elasticizer in sections to mid-lengths and ends, ensuring maximum coverage. Cover hair with a shower cap or towel. The heat created helps the nutrients to be fully absorbed. Leave for a minimum of 10-20 minutes, or as long as you wish. You can even sleep in Elasticizer. Rinse thoroughly and shampoo and condition as normal. You can shampoo twice if you want to ensure all residue is removed. Suitable for use on colored hair. Use at least once a week.
Warning: Do not use Elasticizer 72 hours before or after dying your hair, as it may affect how the color takes during this period only.

Best on the market
The only deep conditioner I use now. My hair is brittle and breaks but this gives my hair life!

the cure
My hair has been dead for a year feeling like straw and I thought it would be years before it completely recycled itself. After one wash this cured my hair.

Good to have
My hair feels more manageable after use. Sometimes I don’t have the time so it is nice, as suggested, to apply before a workout and rinse after.

The best deep conditioner
I needed something to moisturize my hair after a vacation in the sun and sea. This product was just what I needed. It did the job and more.

Woweeee...Love this!
I have extremely fine, quite oily hair that has been put through the ringer this year with blonde highlights. A lot of times after I shampoo and condition it is still frizzy, and then is oily by the next day. I have used so many hair masks that just weigh my hair down. But..this stuff WORKS. Yes, it is a process. I left it in for about 30 mins while I did a face mask, and then shampooed and conditioned afterwards and I have to say, my hair looks AMAZING. no frizz, silky smooth without being oily, which is generally hard to achieve for me. I had received this as a sample and will definitely be purchasing a bigger size!

0 stars
I researched this 1st and was VERY excited to try it. I also left it in my hair for 1-2hrs (the longer the better is recommended). I’ve tried it multiple times and there was absolutely no change in my hair. Honestly, this was probably one of the most disappointing products I’ve ever purchased.

It's okay
This product was okay, but not great. I didn't like that you have to wet your hair first, then leave it in, then wash out, then shampoo, condition, etc., it was just too many steps. Also, I didn't see any difference in my hair at all after using.

Elasticizer
This is hands down the best product to soften hair! I’ve used it for years.

Still trying to figure this one out
I'm very confused about this product. I've used it as directed and yes, my hair does feel a little softer after washing it out, but I don't know if I would buy it again. My biggest complaint though is that distributing it tangles your hair sooooo bad! I was trying to get all of my hair covered and then ran a wet brush through my hair. HUGE mistake! I'd recommend putting in your hair using the praying hands method - don't use a brush!

Great prewash hair mask!
I received this mask as a sample and since I love it I purchased the full size. All the masks that I have used are for after conditioning. This one is used before applying shampoo which has prevented my hair from getting so dry and brittle after shampooing it, and before applying the conditioner.
