I'm in my 30s and I don't really have wrinkles yet, so I can't speak to how well this reverses the signs of aging - however, I can say that it definitely does *something*, because my skin heals much faster and looks much better when I use the Quasar MD consistently. So if that's not a testament to the fact that it's working, I don't know what is! It can be somewhat annoying to use consistently if you're lazy (like I am), but it's absolutely worth it! And it's well-built, too - I've had my for several years and it still works perfectly and looks brand-new.

I use it for four weeks, my skin looks firmer. The wrinkles around the eyes have become less noticeable.

The directions that come with the device are clear and that's a huge thing for me since so many products either don't come with directions or they look unprofessional. This is easy to use and feels well made. It should be for that money. I haven't used it long enough to see improvements in my wrinkles, but it does help my skincare absorb better. My skin gets a bit irritated by the heat, so I just use it less than recommended (which it states to do clearly if you experience discomfort).

I used this tool 4 times and thought it helped smooth the texture of my skin after each treatment. However, the 4th time I used it, the light began shutting off at random times - way less than 3 minutes. Sometimes I have to push the button twice to get the light back on. It just seems kind of junky for the $$$. I think the technology behind the product works to improve skin texture, I just don't think this particular product is worth the money, based on performance. Come on, I think you can do better for $400!

Fairly easy to use. I am in my 20s so I cant say for the lines. I bought it for my acne-prone skin to calm down the inflammation. I do want to believe that it helps because I have seen less pigmentation and redness. But I think consistent usage with the correct product lineup is key. I personally use it with the Jan Marini skincare system and together they have helped my skin greatly. I will continue to use it.

This is by far the best investment in natural skin care I've ever bought! It takes time- really it takes months before you begin to see the results- but it is so worth it! I look at least 5 years younger since I started using it!!

I received this item as a gift and really notice a difference when I use it regularly. Plump skin, rosy tone! Love it.

I don't observe any difference in my skin. As a scientist myself, I trust the science. However, either I didn't use this consistently/long enough, or the effect is too subtle to be observable, I simply can't tell any difference. Because the treatment takes quite a bit of time and requires quite a bit of routine, also because of the price tag, I won't recommend this.

This is first time I see this product on the website. Baby Quasar is an excellent laser with five star reviews. The device works like magic gradually, but you have to follow the directions on the insert. The laser is very strong. I see less wrinkles on the neck and face. The product is amazing!

I paid for MD Plus and they sent me the smaller one and customer service has not responded to me.
