This brand was a great switch for cleaner products and this worked on my acne. Since then I've realized I needed to balance my hormones naturally (endometriosis/estrogen dominance) to effect my acne and quit alcohol on my skin since it's too drying. But if you still use alcohol the ingredients are very natural and work well.

As someone who gets hormonal cystic acne, I was looking for a gel with salicylic acid that I could use in conjunction with my other treatments products with benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, etc. and minimize the drying effects on the skin surrounding my blemish. This did just that! It's inclusion level is on the lower side, so you need to use this product continuously to see results. It smells quite nice, like thyme. I would say that the formulation is on the runnier side, so be careful when dispensing, but it spreads well.

it works well but its clearly not prescription strength. Its slow working but it removes the gunk from the inside out.
