I bought this in the biggest size after being completely impressed by the middle size. it is perfect for day 3-5 hair. it leaves an orange rust color residue, however i prefer this so much more than white residue, for brown hair. while it is great at removing oil, it does not leave hair starchy and keeps it flexible. will continue to buy.

I started growing my hair out before COVID 19. As a man, I usually kept my hair pretty short so would wash it every day. Now that it is long, washing it every day is a disaster for the last 6-8 inches (its about 12 inches so far). My stylist suggested reducing washing to at least every other day. The problem with that is some days, the area close to the roots looked greasy so he suggested this product. If used correctly (follow the direction and definitely shake it), it really does the job. I can go at least one day and sometimes two days without washing my hair and having it still look great. Just a little of this on the roots and then styling and I am good to go. Much better than the cheap department store products I tried first!
