Perfect if you have Melanin
5I love it. I wouldn't consider this BB cream but as a sunscreen it's perfect for my skin tone. There's no white residue which is my issue with many other sunscreens. Product does tend to separate but just shake it.

tint is too dark
2I do like the smoothness of this product on the skin. And it is matte, not greasy looking. The color however is not universal. I have light to almost medium skin tone, and this product is too dark for me. Disappointed.

Stellar zinc oxide sunscreen!
5I have been using this for a couple of years. Why I like it: zinc oxide spf 50, provides light coverage, opaque tube packaging (not pump), outstanding ingredients (antioxidants, etc.). It has a wonderful light texture and easy application/spreadability. I do feel the tint could be a little lighter, but I am medium with yellow undertones and it works for me. I have a slightly oily t-zone, and with this product sometimes I have no shine later in the day, other times I do, so it seems for me it depends on how my skin is acting that day. I always feel really protected wearing this. I hope they never change the formula.

Favorite Daily Sunscreen
5I'm on my second tube and absolutely love it. Was looking for a physical sunscreen since I have concerns about chemical ones, especially on my face with daily use. Although my skin is fair/light, this tinted sunscreen blends wonderfully and gives my skin a healthy glow!

All Time Favorite
5I have tried literally EVERY sunscreen on the market; Elta MD, Skinceuticals, Suntegrity.. you name it, I have tried it. I ordered this for my trip to Southeast Asia, because it would be really humid and I already have oily skin as it is.. From the very first time I used this, I knew I found the one. The tint is perfect for my skin tone, for reference I am a medium or medium light skin tone, it covers everything perfectly. I do not need to wear foundation with this. It is basically like a whipped foundation, it looks natural on the skin, but covers all imperfections. I also have large pores and acne scaring, and this fills the craters in my face perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about this sunscreen. Its a physical sunscreen, lots of great anti aging ingredients, and evens out the skin so no need for additional makeup. I was initially worried as the matte formula might be drying, and now that I am 32 I do not want to age myself by overdrying my skin. This made me look matte, but not dry or flat looking. Love, love, love!! For reference, I am a medium or medium light skin tone. I think the tint will suit a majority of skins. If it is a bit too dark I would suggest sheering it out with your moisturizer for the perfect color match.

5Tint was a bit too dark for me so I had to use a small amount. Spread very easily. Soft texture that is not greasy. Did not settle in lines. Very skin healthy ingredients. I would have repurchased if the tint was a bit better suited for me.

Too Heavy for my skin type
2I have oily, acne-prone skin so this mattifying sunscreen seemed like the perfect choice. It has a smooth, mousse-like texture and is tinted (although the color was too light for my skin tone). It does mattifying the skin, however it doesn't last long. This product is also loaded with silicones, which caused clogged pores leading to deep cystic acne breakouts all over my face. It has a weird scent but it doesn't contain heavy fragrances, which can be irritating to sensitive skin. Because it caused acne I will not be repurchasing.

Good SPF if you can work with the color
5I've read all the reviews on this product and agree with the consensus that the color can be a bit dark/orange, however I buy it for that every reason. I have a yellow undertone to my skin and many tinted SPFs lean towards the pink/grey side. I usually put a heavier "base" of white SPF down followed by a thinner layer of the UltiMatte. The UltiMatte helps correct the white cast of any base layer SPF and helps make my skin more yellow toned. If use use too much, however, you can look like an oompa-loompa. This sunscreen also has a silicone base with acts like a great primer for whatever I put on top, minimizing pores and keeping my skin more matte. Overall I highly recommend as long as you are know how to work with it properly. Those with cool toned skins probably wouldn't like this.
