Moisture barrier repair
5I have dry, sensitive, acne prone skin, at 37 (yay). My forehead seems to dry out when using acne products, so I sometimes put a very small amount (a little goes a long way) on my forehead at night and I wake up to acne free, hydrated skin without clogged poems.

5I bought this after reading the reviews saying it helped some people's psoriasis. I was hopeful and figured that if it didn't work for that, I could at least use it on my dry, sensitive skin. I applied a tiny amount (it is very thick-this tube will last a long time) 2-3 times a day for two days and the plaque on my psoriasis patch was gone. I was stunned. This worked more effectively than the steroid cream my dermatologist prescribed. I am so happy to have found a product that will help manage my skin irritations. I highly recommend this product as a staple in your skincare regimen!!

5This is a exactly as described. However, I not only use after exfoliating facials, but have started using daily, especially while I'm working from home (not wearing makeup). I've always had acne and use drying agents to clean my pores and exfoliate my skin, then apply this after my serums. I like applying before I use retinol at night, because my skin tends to be sensitive to it. Meaning, I can finally use retinol regularly. I learned from my aesthetician that moisture is key. Once I started keeping my pores clean and face moisturized my acne cleared! I only tend to get acne now when I don't stay on top of my regimen or pick at my skin. Old habits! I've even got my skin controlled now during my cycle (hormonal breakouts).

5I love this stuff! I use it on my lips and it is the best chapstick I have ever used. it is great for elbows and heels too.

5This is a very heavy product and will work well if you have very dry skin. My skin wasn't that dry and I found it was too strong for my needs.

5I use this on my lips to keep them hydrated- love it! I also put a small amount on my eyebrows as I am prone to dry skin there as well.

5I use this on my psoriasis patch- keeps it from being flaky and looking more hydrated without irritation. I have tried many things only one other product I found worked but has a pricey tag to go along so I am happy to find this.

3I bought this in hopes of relieving my dry, flaky skin, but I didn't see much improvement. It's very greasy and almost same texture as Aquaphor, but more expensive. I love the brand, but for the price, thought I'd see more improvement sooner.

5I have been using this prododuct for a few years. I use it after traveling especially in hot dry areas or going to the beach. I use at night sometimes two nights in a row if my skin is really parched and it helps to nourish my dry skin. Living in the desert it been critical for my skin and I always take it with me when I travel.

5I bought this because petrolatum is a standard treatment for dry, eczematic skin, particularly when the weather is dry. I thought this would be a little nicer than straight up Vaseline. It's really not. Maybe somewhat more luxe to the touch, but I would not want to be seen with this stuff on my face just as much as I would not want to be seen with Vaseline on my face. Also since purchasing, I've learned that there are ingredients here (the oils, the isopropyl palmitate, and isopropyl myristate) that are terrible for skin prone to breakouts. These ingredients also feed a fungus commonly found on skin in small amounts but which is known to present itself in a way that looks like "dryness" if your skin has too much of it. I would not recommend this for eczema. You are better off using straight petrolatum (i.e. Vaseline) or if you don't react to silicones, Vaniply is a great ointment I recently discovered. And Vaniply is actually approved by National Ezcema Association, this one is not. Good luck.
