The triple threat treatment is formulated with a low pH blend of lipo hydroxy acid (LHA), glycolic acid and salicylic acid to remove excess residue and dead skin cells while purifying clogged pores. Great add to regime for fighting acne
I have pretty bad adult acne on my jaw line and chest and I just added this toner to my regimen. It has a nice, light tingle that tells you it's there but it does not sting like some serious acne products. I haven't cleared up completely, but my jaw line is already noticeably better. I think overall it was a very good add to my skincare routine.

Best Toner For Oily, Acne Prone Skin
Now in my mid-30's, my skin hasn't changed much from when I was a teenager, except for the way I care for it! I still get occasional breakouts and have oily skin, especially on my forehead, chin, and nose area and those are also the places that I will breakout first! I have tried numerous products over the years including store bought brands and those highly rated brands that you see on infomercials and websites! Some of those products did absolutely nothing and others would work for a short period of time before my skin went back to the way it was! I have been using SkinCeuticals for over a year now and I am glad that I finally found a product that works and keeps on working! It not only helps with my acne breakouts, but this is the only toner that I've used that actually helps with the oiliness of my skin, even in Southern Louisiana where we have high humidity levels all year round! If you're the type that has sensitive skin, I probably wouldn't use this toner! But if you're like me and rarely ever have any problems with sensitive skin as well as oily, acne prone skin, then I suggest you give this one and this brand a try!!!

New Favorite Toner
Like the LHA cleanser, I am obsessed with this toner! It leaves your skin feeling so fresh and clean. It has a slight burn/tingle effect so if that bothers you then you will likely not enjoy this product. I personally love it! I haven't noticed a dramatic improvement in my skin but I do feel that it is effective in keeping my adult acne at bay. I deducted one star simply because of the high price tag and the packaging. The bottle design looks nice but it is faulty. You loose a lot of product with each use due to the design of the lid, which is disappointing for $40/bottle.

Best toner for acne prone skin
Can be over drying at times and can sometimes burn if breakouts are fresh, but otherwise I love how it starts the healing process on my breakouts. I have very dry, sensitive skin so there are occasions where I use this at night and then a calming toner in the morning to get my redness under control. I'm torn between the new bottle and the old one. The sprayer was more convenient, but I can control where it goes with the new pour bottle. Highly recommend it, but it might take some playing with to figure out how best to use it in your skincare routine.
