Love
5Have loved this product. I first used it in my early 30s but didn’t re-purchase due to cost. Now that I’m in my mid-late 40s I really regret not using it regularly. I appreciate the price point on this C serum compared to other SkinCeuticals serums but just purchased CE Ferulic to see if it does an even better job at anti-aging. If not, I’ll come back to this serum for the price. Just. a word of caution: it did take a bit for my skin to get used to this and I don’t have sensitive skin.

5My husband and I both have this in our daily skincare routine at our dermatologist's recommendation. Over time, I do notice some improvement to my skin's texture, but I think the biggest benefit is that it helps stop the clock on aging.
Report this reviewGentle but effective
5I tried this after many attempts with other vitamin C serums. This is my favorite because it is gentle and effective. The 15% L-Ascorbic Acid in C E Ferulic is too strong for me; I find I get that strange chicken-skin when I use it. This one is only 10% and is a sweet spot for my skin. I find I can use it during the day on my face, neck, and chest, and still use retinol at night with no irritation.
Report this reviewOk Vitamin C serum
4I bought this on recommendation from a youtuber and I thought it was ok. It was a good vitamin c serum overall, but I can find good alternatives at a way cheaper price point. I think if you want to splurge it's a good serum. It did get me onto 10% vitamin c, which I think my skin prefers.
Report this reviewIdeal for sensitive skin
5This serum was recommended by my dermatologist, and I have been using it on and off for more than two decades. I love that it gives me all the benefits of vitamin C without irritating my sensitive skin due to having only 10% of vitamin C.
Report this reviewfavorite day time serum
5On my second bottle of this. My favorite AM serum!! definitely helps with moisture in the morning without being greasy.
Report this reviewGood Vitamin C, but not the most shelf-stable
3SkinCeuticals makes a great VitC when it arrives pristine at your doorstep. However, a variety of factors -- shipping conditions, improper seals, and temperature, to name a few, can destabilize the serum. I've ordered this serum 3 times, and 2 of the 3 times the serum was already oxidized when it reached the door. It was orangey in color. I'd recommend placing the bottle in the fridge to keep it cool, especially during the summer months. The formulation is good, but can be irritating for sensitive skin. I personally fare better with tetrahexadecyl ascorbate as opposed to pure ascorbic acid.

3I think I am finding that my skin can't tolerate vitamin c. So sad. This irritated my skin.
Report this reviewVery thin formula
4I bought this to get my skin prepared for the full strength version. It is a very runny serum which is annoying, but otherwise good.
Report this reviewSo far so good
4I previously had bad experiences with Vit C. Caused major irritation and acne. however, this product doesn't seem to bother me. I have rosacea and this doesn't seem to irritate me. could do without the hydrolonic acid though.
