This definitely has not had a brightening effect on my eyes, and I have even used it alongside Skyn Iceland's eye gels. I have used it daily for two months, and it is just not working for me.

I turned 34 and noticed below my eyes my skin was a little bumpy and not as soft as it was before I tried this after I tried the PCA eye stuff which did nothing for a year. This is by far the best! After 6 months I noticed my skin is soft and no more bumps. I have not noticed any lift but I really was not needing. It. I have to say there was a different it did take a bit to see but for very soft smooth skin I'll take it!!! I have to say it feel smoothing too when you apply it.

Love so far
This is the first eye "serum" I've ever used and I am loving it! Sometimes i use alone and sometimes with a heavier eye cream on top (at night). Definitely plumps up and hydrates my under eye area. Serums are better to use closer to the actual eye rather than the orbital bone (where you are supposed to be putting your heavier eye creams). I honestly use this all over my eye area, even on the lid sometimes. I honestly think my eye area is looking tighter / more flawless because of this serum. ONE drop is enough to cover both of my eyes so it should last a while!

I've been using Skyn products for years. I started noticing discoloration and slight bags under my eyes about a month ago, most likely from not sleeping well. So I purchased this serum and have been using it at night and the Icelandic Relief Eye Cream in the morning. WOW!!! My eyes are now bright and clear! If they get too puffy in the morning, I use the cooling gels by Skyn and get very good relief. As much as I love these products, I didn't really believe that a tiny dot of serum could do much, but they proved me wrong! The only thing I don't like about it is that it smells a bit chemical, but that's a small price to pay for great looking eyes!

My eye area is satiny smooth
This is an excellent serum for the eye area. I highly recommend using it with Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels a few times a week. I apply the serum and then the eye gels and my eye area is flawless. I use the serum morning and night and the eye gels over the serum every other day. It really makes a big difference using them together. At night after the serum dries I use a good eye cream on top.A little serum goes a long way!! I never fill the dropper. I use a pearl size amount and it's plenty for both eyes. I will definitely keep this in my AM/PM skincare routine.
