Cooling but not a huge difference
I got these a few months ago and didn't notice a huge difference. I get bad dark circles, redness, and puffiness around my eyes. It helped a little to depuff and cool, but nothing for dark circles.

Pros: Stays put and doesn't slide off so I can get close to the under eye. Seems to firm up after use. Con: I agree with the other review that there is no moisture. Wish it was more moist. I'd have to use more for long term effect
