This product goes on nicely and a little goes a long way. I typically use 15-20% vitamin C serum, but for some reason this seemed to dry out my skin a little. Switched to using every other day rather than daily. 

Sadly, my skin and just cannot handle vitamin C. I was really hoping this super high-quality serum would be different, but it just isn’t, which has nothing to do with the product, it’s just how my skin is. So if your skin is reactive to Vitamin C, I would find a different type of antioxidant entirely. Still, highly impressive product, great ingredients, just wasn’t right for me.  (35yrs old.  Mostly oily, acne prone, sensitive skin)

I received this as part of the July BeautyFIX. I love the smell and the consistency. One pumps is enough for my entire face. It is one of my first steps every night. After 6 weeks of use, I will say that the tone of my skin is better than ever. I'm sure this product played a part in that.

I loved this serum! It is lightweight, has a nice smell, and I could feel results immediately. Unfortunately the serum I received in my BeautyFIX box had a bad pump and leaked product but the Dermstore team helped fix the issue. One star off for packaging but otherwise a great product for layering!

I received this serum in my last Beautyfix box. I’ve never tried any products from the Somme Institute, but once I read the description I was so excited to try it. I have mild rosacea so I do have some broken capillaries on my cheeks and around my nose. As well as some minor discoloration. This serum specifically treats redness from rosacea as well as other discoloration. It also helps with skin elasticity as well. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and I can definitely see a difference. A lot of the redness has lighten or completely gone away, my skin is more firm, it’s brighter, and a few fine lines I had on my forehead are almost gone. Amazing serum with multiple benefits! 

I got this in my BeautyFix box and I’m going to be really sad when it runs out, because it’s a terrific serum, but it’s way more money than I would ever pay.

This vitamin C serum has been my favorite serum to date. In the few weeks I've started using it, I noticed my skin has lost its dullness and looks more plump/hydrated. The product packaging is extremely simple, and the scent is very sweet - like maple syrup. I'm definitely happy to have received this in my BeautyFIX box and will likely purchase it again in the future.

So far it seems like a decent serum, it goes on early tightens and firms but again smells like maple syrup. And you can smell it most of the day afterwards.

This is light, clean, absorbs well, applies evenly, provides moisture, smooths, does not irritate my overly sensitive skin, and reduces redness. I use 2 pumps to cover my entire face and under my chin before I apply moisturizer at bedtime. I do not care for most other serums because they are thick, sticky, and irritate. This one is how a serum should be and I am so glad someone got a serum formula down right.

This stuff is awesome! First thing that I've tried from the brand and I'm sold. Will definitely be trying more
