- Snap open the capsule at the blue line.
- Place the swab inside the capsule and gently push out the activating gel.
- Rub the gel across your teeth in a circular motion for 30 seconds
- DO NOT rinse.
- On a DRY toothbrush, brush with the Supersmile Professional Whitening System. Use a pearl size drop of Whitening Toothpaste and Whitening Accelerator.
- Brush in a circular motion for 2 minutes.
- Rinse with water.
