This tastes horrible in my opinion, unless you like the taste of grass. They definitely tried to mask it with a berry flavor, but you can still taste all the "greenness." It also doesn't fully dissolve and you can taste some grittiness and will have residue at the bottle of your glass. I think the only way I would personally like this is to disguise it in a fruit smoothie.

I have used this product on and off for a couple of months by mixing with just water. I was initially pleased by how decent/pleasant the flavor is, as I've had unpleasant experiences with other powdered supplements. As a note, you do need to keep mixing it throughout drinking, otherwise the powder may settle at the bottom into a gritty messy (or maybe I'm not using enough water..?). I think it helps with my digestion and balance out my skin health! I just find it to be very pricy even though you do get many many uses out of this product size. I do find myself turning back to Yakult more often, but I do like this in between when I've run out!
